SECTOR OF THE TECHNIQUE TO THE OUE THE INVENTION IS REFERRED The invention presented affects the Sector of Various Industrial Techniques within the Decorative Arts chapter, directly affecting the industry of preparation of images and advertising motifs in public murals. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Currently, the illustration of public walls and murals with drawings or advertising motifs is done by gluing large posters of paper, cardboard, wood or any other support, previously printed or by direct painting done by specialists in the field on canvases buildings, which requires the previous installation of scaffolding or structures to facilitate the movement of the painter vertically and horizontally.
There have been structures with moving heads for painting on vertical panels using airbrushes that have been abandoned due to lack of precision and defective final results of the images obtained.
Large vinyl supports are also used to cover the facades of the buildings during the periods of their restoration that are decorated with photographs of film artists, landscapes or imitations of the facade itself in solutions known as trapntojos. These large advertising media also serve to finance the restoration work.
To be able to see images in large murals, it is also possible to project them by means of light cannons, which has been frequent lately in festive light and sound shows. But this case does not refer to the realization of permanent wall motifs that is the object of this invention.
The authors of the present invention do not know background on portable devices for the realization of wall paintings without the need for structures of
scaffolding that always implies an increase in total expenditure in addition to the dangers
typical of work at height. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Taking into account the background described above, the inventors conceive the solution presented in this document whose main feature is its portable nature and which, basically, consists of a large-size inkjet printer, which is installed in front of the Wall or mural to be decorated. The device is also usable on glass supports or any other flat surface preferably oriented vertically.
The technology used is what is known as "CMYK" by the acronym Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Key, that is, it is the four-color technique that consists of a subtractive color model widely used industrially in paint and plastic arts .
This model is based on the absorption of light by the bodies, resulting in the color that an object presents corresponds to the part of the light that falls on it and that is not absorbed by that object.
In principle, it works with a resolution of 360 x 720 dpi (dots per inch) with the particularity that the ink projected on the painted surface is dried immediately by ultraviolet led light.
The machine, which as indicated is portable, consists of a frame or removable support that is installed in front of the mural to be decorated. The frame is capable of receiving a mobile tower that, by means of the appropriate guides, can move horizontally from left to right. In turn, the tower receives the paint head that with the appropriate guides is capable of moving up and down. According to this assembly, the head can be moved along the x-x and y-y axes for which it has the corresponding motorization.
Complementing these movements the head is equipped with an injection block that can move along a third Z-Z axis orthogonal to the plane formed
5 by the X-X and Y-Y axes, mentioned above. This allows the head to be approached or moved away from the surface to be decorated, and finally there is the characteristic that the movement on the Z-Z axis has two degrees of adjustment; The first is to adjust the injection block at a distance of approximately 1 cm from the wall and the second, of great precision, is automatically sorted when small irregularities are detected in the wall that could cause a blur of the projection.

Portable machine for inkjet printing on murals (1) (Fig. 1) consisting of an inkjet printer, of large dimensions and performance, which is installed in front of the wall or mural that is intended to decorate with images or prints and is governed from a regular computer programmed for this purpose. In an embodiment preferred by its inventor, it basically comprises the following elements:
Support frame
TowerHead, chief, engine head
Consumable box
Electronics box
Power box
Computer
accessories
The support frame (2), is a removable structure, built in profiles of lightweight material such as aluminum, plastic or similar on which a tower (3) can slide in horizontal movements, according to the XX axis, built with profiles of the same characteristics that the support frame (2) is also removable.
The sliding of the tower (3) along the support frame (2) is carried out precisely thanks to the existence of guides and bearings that permanently guarantee its stability being its motorized movement with a propeller of the step-by-step type that does not only orders movements but ensures each position during the time defined by the corresponding program.
The head (4) is installed on the tower (3) with the possibility of sliding vertically along the Y-Y axis. The characteristics of its movement on the tower (3) are similar to those of the tower (3) on the support frame (2), that is, with guides, bearings and positioning and movement controlled by stepper motor. The injection block itself, which has the property of moving along the Z-Z axis with two degrees of adjustment, is located on the head (4). For the proper control of the machine (1) of the invention in the computer aspect, there is an electronic box (7), installed in the tower (3), which is related to the computer (10) by means of the cable USB connection (11). For the printer control, special "RIP" "Raster Image Processor" digital imaging software is loaded.
Finally, everything necessary for the control of the power organs has the power box (8) that communicates with the tower (3) through the harness (9).
The final result is a portable machine that, once installed in front of any panel (12), wall or mural, with the consequent adjustment of distances mentioned in previous paragraphs, allows printing all kinds of images (13) with excellent definition and very Good performance that can reach about 7m2fh or higher. The size that can be covered, according to first experiences, is about 2400mm x 2200mm, resulting in a portable machine that is also equipped with wheels

In any case, nothing prevents the design of larger machines, although this could diminish their advantages from the point of view of portability.
